Welcome to IndiaLabs Democrazy, a quiz platform where public opinion determines the correct answer. By using Democrazy, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Democrazy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to provide accurate registration details.
You are responsible for your account security and activity.
You may not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Nature of the Game
Democrazy is an opinion-based quiz app.
Majority-selected answers do not guarantee factual accuracy.
The app is designed for entertainment and discussion purposes only.
4. User Content
You retain rights to the content you create but grant Democrazy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it.
Offensive, misleading, illegal, or harmful content may be removed, and accounts may be suspended.
5. Prohibited Activities
Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform’s security features
6. Intellectual Property
App design, logo, and features (excluding user content) belong to IndiaLabs Democrazy.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute app materials without permission.
7. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time via the app or email.
Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased as per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.
Democrazy is not responsible for decisions made based on quiz results.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
